Ad-hoc agent builds were creating inconsistent security and quality. I defined a reference pattern: identity-scoped retrieval, structured outputs, evaluation sets, and a review and approval path so new agents inherit governance by default.

Preparing a CRM for AI-Assisted Selling
Summary: Rebuilt data ownership and workflow hygiene so AI assistance had something trustworthy to run on.

AI features were being requested on top of a CRM with unclear data ownership and broken workflow stages. I led cleanup of the object model, ownership rules, and stage definitions, then sequenced AI assistance onto the parts of the funnel that were actually ready.

A Governance Layer for a Regulated AI Deployment

A production deployment needed defensible answers to how safety was evaluated and who owned the system when it was wrong. I built an evaluation harness, defined human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and mapped each control to a recognized risk framework so the program could pass internal review.

Re-Platforming the Operating Workflows Behind a Large Revenue Organization

A large selling organization wanted AI assistance, but its revenue workflows were too fragmented to support it. I mapped the end-to-end operating workflow, consolidated the system of record, and defined where automation and human judgment each belonged before layering AI on top.
