I build production AI, and I lead the enterprise teams that ship it. That combination is rare, and it is the thing this site is about.
Most of my work lives in the space between a working demo and a system an enterprise can actually run: the architecture, the governance, the data foundations, and the operating-model change that decide whether AI delivers value or quietly stalls. I work across enterprise AI strategy, agentic systems, CRM and revenue operations, and responsible implementation.
I also build. I have shipped a full-stack document-intelligence retrieval application and architected multi-agent orchestration on an enterprise AI stack. The point is not the artifacts; it is that I design systems with a builder's understanding of how they actually behave in production.
My work concentrates in media and communications, healthcare and life sciences, and technology.

Operating Philosophy
Production is the only proof. Governance is an architecture decision, not a compliance afterthought. Agentic AI reshapes the operating model, not just the tooling. And adoption is as much an engineering problem as a change-management one. I would rather ship one governed system that survives contact with reality than demo ten that do not.
